MatchPint is a mobile app that enables sports fans to find pubs showing the match they want to watch. Using location-based services, users are shown a list of venues in their vicinity, with the option to view the profile of relevant pubs and see the fixtures they are showing.

For version 2.0 of the app, MatchPint introduced new gamification and social features to enhance the service. Firstly we helped MatchPint to create a new user experience that integrated these features comprehensibly and intuitively.

We then developed the MatchPint identity, progressing from the original’s sketch style to a simpler combination of bold typography and distinctive brand colour. This new brand style led the design of the user interface, pre-emptively complementing the updated iOS7 interface.
